What the Paulinyi Method is
The Paulinyi Method is the set of treatises and teaching materials that Dr. Zoltan Paulinyi developed over three decades of teaching and published in book form. It is not a method for a single instrument: it covers literary literacy, poetic and musical composition, violin pre-literacy and vocal study.
The common principle is to start early and from where the child already is — from the spoken and sung word — and only then introduce notation. That is why violin lessons accept students from 1 year of age.
The violin volumes are already in international use and are adopted by the Paulinyi Music School in Asa Norte. Enrolment in the violin group includes both books.
